What we do

At Tallann Recruitment we understand that no two clients are the same, and at the start of every client relationship we focus a lot of time in listening to the client to try to get in line as quickly as possible as to “what looks good to you”. The sooner we get in line with our clients and what they are looking for, the less time and effort is wasted. We strive to be viewed as not just a preferred supplier for our clients but as an extension to our client’s business when additional support is required.


How we can help

We deliberately work with a small bank of clients so that we are able to focus on understanding our clients’ needs and the type of candidates that will be a good fit for the business. No consultant at Tallann are overloaded with roles to fill and so much more time and dedication can be given to each client and their specific needs at the time. This allows us at Tallann to have a more personal approach and allows us to build stronger relationships which we believe is key to running a successful recruitment business. We have an extensive database of high calibre professionals on our books to refer to but most of our candidates we place have been headhunted for each individual role.
